This policy describes the current service offered by Used TV Buyers UAE. Contact us if you need clarification before arranging collection.
1. Eligible TVs
We buy working used televisions. The TV must power on and function. Faulty TVs are not accepted.
2. Information for a quote
Please provide the brand and model if known, screen size, condition, city or area, and clear photos. Photos should be sent through WhatsApp. Mention the remote, stand and other included accessories accurately.
3. Initial assessment
An initial quote is based on the information and images supplied. TV condition and the supplied details may be confirmed when collection is arranged or completed.
4. Collection
Collection is free. Same-day pickup is available when scheduling and location permit; a collection time is confirmed directly rather than guaranteed for every enquiry. Please disclose relevant building access or timing constraints.
5. Payment
Cash is provided on collection when the agreed collection is completed.
6. Accurate details
Please describe the TV honestly. Material differences in working condition, model, screen or included items may require the initial assessment to be reconsidered before collection is completed.
