How we handle enquiry information

This policy explains what the website collects when you request a quote and how that information is used and delivered.

Information you provide

The Request a TV Quote form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city or area, TV brand or model, screen size, and confirmation that the TV works. A message and email address are optional. The form does not accept photo uploads. If you choose to send photos, you send them separately through WhatsApp.

How the information is used

We use the details to review TV eligibility, respond to your enquiry, discuss an initial quote, and arrange collection if you choose to proceed. The form is not a marketing subscription, and submitted details are not sold.

Form and spam processing

The website uses WPForms Lite to process the form. Built-in anti-spam checks and a minimum submission-time check are enabled. The optional WPForms Lite entry-backup connection is disabled, so regular submissions are not intentionally kept as a separate cloud entry backup. WordPress, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, request time and browser information to operate and protect the form. Suspected spam and technical logs may be retained where the configured systems support this.

Email delivery and storage

Form notifications are delivered to mrkhaleeldakhna2112@gmail.com. The website sends through the authenticated cPanel mailbox website@usedtvbuyeruae.com using the hosting mail server, and the message is received in Google Gmail. The visitor’s optional email address is used as Reply-To only when supplied. The hosting provider and Google process the message as service providers needed for delivery and mailbox storage.

Phone, WhatsApp and direct email

If you call, open WhatsApp or send a direct email, those services process the information you choose to provide under their own terms and privacy practices. WhatsApp is the initial channel for TV photos; do not send information that is not needed for the quote.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only while reasonably needed to respond, assess the TV, coordinate an agreed collection, maintain necessary business records, resolve a dispute, or meet legal and security obligations. A fixed automated deletion schedule has not yet been adopted. You may request deletion of an enquiry, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes. Provider logs and backups may remain until they expire under the relevant provider’s retention cycle.

Analytics and cookies

No visitor analytics or advertising platform is intentionally enabled on this website at the time this policy was last updated. Essential WordPress, hosting or security technologies may be used when required to operate and protect the website. If analytics or additional tracking is enabled, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated as appropriate.

Sharing and disclosure

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, prevent spam, deliver email and operate the selected contact channel, or when disclosure is reasonably required by law, security or dispute handling. We do not publish enquiry details or use them to create public reviews without separate permission.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the form, providers, retention practice or analytics setup changes. The updated date above will be revised when material changes are published.

Contact click measurement

We count activations of phone and WhatsApp links to understand use of our contact options. Each record contains the date and time, page path, contact channel, button location and a random identifier for that click. The tracker does not set cookies or store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, phone numbers or message contents. Records are kept on this website for up to 90 days and reports are restricted to website administrators. These counts do not show whether a call or conversation was completed. The tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Google Analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, pages visited, device use and actions such as phone-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks and successful enquiry-form submissions. Analytics cookies distinguish browsers and sessions. Contact clicks do not prove a completed conversation or purchase. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers as event data. Google processes measurement data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

You can accept or decline Analytics and change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. Declining does not prevent you from using our contact options. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Your consent choice is stored locally for up to six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months; Google Analytics event-level data retention is configured separately in the Analytics property.
